Class size is limited. You will be contacted if there is not space available in the class for each attendee. Deadline for registration is one week prior to scheduled class day.

Please do not bring your dog to class. We will be using Dog First Aid Manikins.

Payment of $45.00 is due promptly after submitting registration form. Please return to this page after registering to submit payment.
