Be prepared to relax and release the stress of the day! Wear
comfortable clothes. You will be asked to remove only your shoes and will lie,
fully clothed, on a massage table. If this is physically uncomfortable for
you, you may sit in a chair for the session.
The energy work will consist of
light or no touch to the body, depending on your
preference. I may use tuning forks (vibration and sound
therapy) or therapeutic grade essential oils for
aromatherapy.
Energy work cannot harm you in any way, however, it is
possible to experience subtle reactions following
energy work as your body detoxes or prepares to heal. This
is called a "healing reaction" and is something you need
to be aware of. Symptoms may worsen before they improve.

Each Animal Reiki/Healing Touch for Animals®
(HTA) session takes approximately
forty-five minutes to an hour, depending session
to allow the application of different techniques such as
tuning forks for vibration and/or sound therapy and
essential oils. If your pet does not need much work
often they will become disinterested or distracted. I
try to accommodate their needs by reading their energies
and body language. Sometimes, less is more.
Prior to beginning the work, I will ask your for as much
information as possible to help assess your pet's needs.
I will also ask you to assist me by comfortably holding
your pet for the session. You will receive the added
benefit of the work due to your close proximity and
energetic relationship with your pet.
HTA techniques include various
gentle, hands-on positions that will serve to move

We will schedule a specific appointment, at which time I will call you. Whether it is for yourself or a pet, please try and allow yourself time to sit quietly or in the case of your pet, be able to monitor him/her. It is not entirely necessary, but it is easier to connect and work with an animal if there are minimal distractions. You or your pet will receive energy whatever you/they are doing.
The session will begin when we hang up the phone and I will call you back upon completion.
I encourage you to set aside this time for two reasons. If the session is for you, sitting or lying comfortable and quietly will better allow you to relax and enjoy the energy work as it is taking place. Secondly, you will be more able to give me feedback as to what you are feeling. Of course, some energy work is better than none and if your schedule does not allow you the time, your body will still take in what it needs. Read more about

The sessions are as described above and you will receive
a discounted price if the sessions are held
back-to-back. I will be working on each pet and person
separately, not as one session. This will last
approximately two hours.

People Session - $45.00 + tax
